NBSC HOSTS CSC PRIME-HRM ASSISTANCE VISIT
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) welcomed the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on April 22, 2026, for the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Assistance Visit. Held at the Office of the College President, the visit aimed to evaluate the four mechanisms of the Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO) in preparation for NBSC’s PRIME-HRM Level 2 Accreditation. Leading the CSC team was Atty. Rowena G. Gingo, Field Office Bukidnon Director, accompanied by Kedinle T. Lumigoy and Hazel Mae P. Escasinas. Joining Rahbie Adaptar-Teologo, HRMDO Head, were HRMDO personnel Noreen Faye M. Esta, Zennith V. Olemberio, Analine L. Demata, Cherry Mae T. Baydal, Marie Angeli D. Hagutin, Jessa S. Himulatan, and Diah Mae D. Tao.
During the visit, the CSC team reviewed HRMDO’s policies and procedures, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and rewards and recognition. The evaluators observed operations and engaged with staff to provide recommendations for aligning practices with established merit-based standards. The discussion allowed NBSC personnel to gain feedback and consider improvements that could strengthen administrative processes and enhance overall human resource management.
The PRIME-HRM Assistance Visit highlighted NBSC’s commitment to structured and effective human resource practices. By aligning HRMDO systems with national standards, the College reinforces a professional and transparent framework, ensuring that both personnel and institutional operations function efficiently. Such efforts support a stronger, more organized environment that benefits the broader NBSC community.
